Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to plans purchased online on the Legal Om Platform. Plans are digital services, and access begins as soon as the payment is confirmed.

1. Payment Deducted but Plan Not Activated

If the amount has been deducted from your account but your plan has not been activated (for example, because of a network interruption during payment), please send us:

• your registered mobile number; and
• the Razorpay payment ID, which appears in the payment confirmation SMS or email.

Upon verification of the payment with Razorpay, we shall activate your plan, ordinarily within one (1) working day.

2. Duplicate Payment

If you have been charged more than once for the same plan, please send us the payment IDs of all such transactions. We shall refund the duplicate amount to the original mode of payment. Refunds are ordinarily credited within five (5) to seven (7) working days, subject to the timelines of your bank.

3. Cancellation

You may discontinue the use of your plan at any time. Your access shall continue until the end of the plan period. As plans do not renew automatically, no future payment is required to be cancelled.

4. Purchases Made in the Android or iOS App

A plan bought inside our Android application is paid through Google Play, and a plan bought inside our iOS application is paid through Apple. Refunds of such purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own refund policies, and requests should be made to them (on Google Play, from your order history; on Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com). If a store purchase was charged but your plan was not activated, please contact us with your registered mobile number and the store order ID, and we shall activate it after verification. Where a store refunds a purchase, the access granted by that purchase ends.
