Spend = Faculty portal β Expenses ("Social media & Ads", or a line mentioning Meta / Instagram / Facebook ads). Leads = WhatsApp chats that came from an ad (Click-to-WhatsApp, enquiries.adSource). Became paid = the lead's number is a paid student or has a fee entered.
"Opened in last 7 days" is the best sign the app is still on the phone β we are not told when someone deletes the app.
Exact install counts: Play Console (Android) and App Store Connect (iPhone). Phone/app numbers count from 6 Oct 2026, when tracking started.
